1. Ownership

This software, including its source code, object code, documentation,
configuration, assets, and related materials (collectively, the
"Software"), is the exclusive proprietary property of Duo-Creative.

2. Internal-Use License

Subject to applicable internal authorization from Duo-Creative,
Duo-Creative grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use, access, and modify
the Software solely for Duo-Creative's internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions

Except as expressly authorized in writing by Duo-Creative, you may not:

- copy, distribute, publish, transmit, sublicense, lease, sell, or
  otherwise make the Software available to any third party;
- use the Software for the benefit of any third party;
- remove or alter proprietary notices or attribution notices;
- disclose source code, credentials, internal documentation, or other
  non-public materials related to the Software;
- use the Software outside authorized Duo-Creative business operations.

4. No Public or Open-Source License

This Software is not licensed under any open-source license. No rights
are granted except those expressly stated in this license.

5. Confidentiality

The Software and all non-public information related to it are
confidential and must be protected accordingly. Access must be limited
to authorized persons with a legitimate Duo-Creative business need.

6. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted by Duo-Creative are reserved.

7. Termination

Any unauthorized use of the Software automatically terminates any
permission granted under this license. Upon termination, use of the
Software must cease immediately, subject to Duo-Creative's internal
retention, security, and compliance requirements.

8. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" for internal use only, without
warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, except
to the extent such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable law.

to Duo-Creative management or the authorized internal owner of this
